Terms & Conditions


Article 1  – Application
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts that you enter into with Atelier PCR. By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions. Unless agreed otherwise on paper, the general or specific conditions of thirds are not acknowledged by  AtelierPCR. AtelierPCR guarantees that the products correspond to the agreement and listed specifications.

 

Article 2 – Prices and charges

The prices listed in the AtelierPCR web-shop include country specific VAT and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to the order at the check out and will be based on the country your order is shipped to. Please find more information about our delivery charges for each country under Delivery and Shipping.

All prices are shown in € for all countries.

 

Article 3 – Drawing up the contract

The contract will be concluded at the moment at which the consumer accepts the online offer of AtelierPCR and the conditions thereby stipulated have been fulfilled.

The order will not be valid if AtelierPCR cannot confirm your residential address.

AtelierPCR will immediately confirm receipt of acceptance of the offer electronically.

AtelierPCR may obtain information – within legal frameworks – about the consumer’s ability to fulfill the payment obligations, as well as about facts and factors that are important for the responsible conclusion of the distance contract. If that research gives the trader proper grounds for declining to conclude the contract, he has a right, supported by reasons, to reject an order or application or to bind its implementation to special conditions

 

Article 4 – Right of return/cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. During this period the consumer will treat the product and its packaging with care.

During this period of 14 calendar days you have the right to cancel, which means that you are allowed to change your mind and send back the goods you have received in the original state and packaging. If you want to do this, you must send back the goods undamaged and unused in the way that is described under “Returns” section in our AtelierPCR online shop. (Faulty goods can of course be returned).

 

Article 5 – Delivery & shipping

We will take the greatest of care to be as accurate as possible when receiving and dispatching your orders.

We will dispatch the orders that the company has approved as quickly as possible and in the order that they have come in. Delivery normally takes place 10 working days after your order has been placed. Delivery times depend on where you want your order to be delivered, though the latest within 30 days, unless a longer period of delivery has been agreed because of a special order.

Please note that we sell items that we have in stock as well as we make items on a special order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working day hours (Monday – Friday). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. AtelierPCR is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this at the latest one month after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer has a right to dissolve the contract, free of charge. In the case of dissolution in accordance with this paragraph, AtelierPCR will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after that dissolution.

The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to AtelierPCR.

If packages are not collected, AtelierPCR reserves the right to charge €17 for the costs we have incurred from dispatching the package. Packages that have not been collected are not normally covered by the right of cancellation.

Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. boxes.

 

Article 6 – Transport warranty

All consignments that are sent are insured by AtelierPCR. If you discover any damage to the package before you open it, you must report this to the collection point where you picked up your consignment. If you have already opened the consignment when you discover the damage, you must follow the instructions on the back of the return note that is attached to the consignment. Damaged goods are replaced free of charge by AtelierPCR.

Article 7 – Payments

Payment towards online store purchases can be made with a valid card by a provider accepted by www.AtelierPCR.com. The total order sum will be checked and reserved against your credit/debit until the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Orders placed against a VISA card or MasterCard can be processed online. We also accept special orders via email. We only accept cards with billing addresses in one of the countries that AtelierPCR ships to. Please note that we cannot accept any other payment methods.

www.AtelierPCR.com reserves the right to deny any purchase. Your card will only be debited after your order has been dispatched from the warehouse. The currency used is Euro (€/EUR) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices and will be updated on the online store, when you select shipping country.

Please note that all prices and product information on www.AtelierPCR.com are subject to change. We cannot guarantee if an item’s availability via the website; some garments that can be seen online are only available by special order. If you are a customer whose card is not denominated in Euros the final transaction amount will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer Pal processes the transaction.

 VAT (or its local equivalent) is included in all our prices. VAT is based on the country the order is being shipped to.

Article 8 – Special orders

You make a special order at AtelierPCR. To make a special order you must send us an email to: specialorder@AtelierPCR.com. A special order will take longer then a normal order but we work hard to profide you your unique piece as soon as possible.

Article 9– Age limit

In order to shop at www.AtelierPCR.com you must be at least 18 years old.

 

Article 10 – Colors

If there are color differences between the colors shown on the website on your computer and the actual colors of the garments, this may be due to the color reproduction on your computer. We work hard on making the pictures as accurate as possible.

 

Article 11 – Confidentiality

AtelierPCR takes responsibility for all personal details that you submit to us or which we receive from you when you register for purchases. This information is used for signing and implementing the delivery contract and for managing the customer relationship that is set up as a result, including targeted marketing activities organized by AtelierPCR, collecting outstanding payments, fighting fraud and meeting legal obligations. AtelierPCR does not pass on any information to a third party. Article 12 – Force majeure

AtelierPCR obligations are suspended in cases of force majeure without any obligation to pay the consumer for damages in such cases.

 

Article 13 – Applicable law

Contracts entered into between AtelierPCR and a customer, are subject to these terms and conditions.

AtelierPCR is aware that, according to European Private Law, the consumer can always appeal against mandatory law provisions of his/her country of residence that offers more protection and rights than the applicable Dutch law. If so, please let us know and we will make a personal arrangement with you that respects these mandatory law provisions you appeal for.

AtelierPCR may modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any moment. You are therefore asked to accept only the Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of purchase with each of your orders.

 

Article 14 – Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyrights at www.AtelierPCR.com remain with AtelierPCR. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission.
